This was an amazing experience. My girlfriend and I found this small place tucked away in a beautiful part of Frigiliana. It is in such a beautiful setting with a view that is stunning. We dined under a lemon tree overlooking the ocean and mountains. The food was absolutely delicious and the prices were very fair. The service was outstanding and personable. They even gave us two shots of liquor on the house as a token of appreciation for our visit. The neighborhood cats were also very friendly and we enjoyed having them around us. If you are looking for a taste of southern Spain do not miss out on this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We drove up to the town today from Nerja. Short drive. Great views...even better on the way down.
Walked up the hill to the left of the car park. There are three or four restaurants side by side, each with outdoor terraces overlooking the town, hills and the Mediterranean. Sat at Bodega de Pepe. Great service and wonderful meal. We shared a Tapas for two. 18 Euros. 3 hot. 3 salad. Very tasty. We couldn't finish it all as we were full. The meal along with the wine and view made for a wonderful afternoon. We finished with a complimentary liqueur. Delightful.
Check out the restaurant inside. So neat...cool neat ...that is. The toilette is spotless. Take one more look at the view before you leave.
This delightful restaurant was tucked away behind another restaurant that was closed for the afternoon, so we almost missed it. We are glad we didn't, it was a memorable experience! We sat in a charming courtyard under orange trees that are blossoming, filling the air with a pleasant orange sent. The view was amazing and because it is far above the road it was quiet except for the conversations at the tables around us. The owners were very hospitable and friendly. We had coffee and shared a crepe and cheesecake that were delicious. A lovely afternoon.
