A google search for the best live music in Ibiza led us to Putumayo. The allure of hearing gipsy Moreno of the gipsy kings was all the convincing we needed to skip the clubs and check out this lounge and music bar. We unfortunately didn’t make a reservation and while we were initially told that we wouldn’t be accommodated, Julie kindly stepped out of the kitchen and assured us that she’d cook something up for us. A short wait later were served aromatic and beautifully cooked Indo- Surinamese Roti and chicken. After having travelled for over 20 days, the beautiful food took me back home to india. It’s no wonder the entire island swarms down on Julie’s kitchen when she cooks up a feast. The music and crowd at this joint was incredible and Julie’s warm hospitality was matched by her scintillating dance moves. Putumayo lounge and music bar made us feel like we had stepped into somebody’s home for a party and we left with heavy hearts. What a beautiful night! Thank you again Julie!

in this nice place you can feel like in your home , the food is incredible the owners very kind and friendly top service nice music. a must go place if you are on holidays in Ibiza
putamayo is absolutely fabulous resturant/bar, the food is amazing!! its that goodwe've been back 5 times while on our week holiday in ibiza!! staff are so friendly, the service is amazing! would highly recommend to anyone visiting the island. live music is amazing ...very friendly chilled out atmosphere!! definately 5 star, will be seeing you next year for sure xxxxx most of all the owners peter and julie are the friendliest and most inviteing couple, who will look after you warmly xxx
